Our summer term begins Tuesday July 3rd and runs for 10 weeks until Thursday September 6th

We are now also running free self-practice sessions (Ashtanga primary series) every Saturday. Every Friday evening at 6.30pm we do a half hour group meditation session which is open to everyone and free of charge. We run free Mysore style classes one Saturday every term (4 times a year). All regular practitioners of the Ashtanga Vinyasa sequences are welcome. Please contact Rachel for details.
